A space to reconnect with your body, movement, creativity, and presence. We often move through daily life disconnected from ourselves — rushing, overthinking, holding tension inside the body.This open lab is an invitation to slow down and explore movement in a free, supportive, and creative atmosphere. Through grounding, breathing, intuitive movement, improvisation, and interaction with space and others, we will explore the body not as something to control, but as a source of expression, sensation, and creativity. No previous experience in dance or theatre is needed.The workshop is open to everyone curious about movement, embodiment, creativity, and self-expression.
